In addition to the established en jurisdictions, new laws or political change can also change the business environment in countries. The IT busiuess moves in and out as a consequence of these changes.

There are several countries that have done a lot to attracted en business, but are either lesser known or new to the "en world".

Some of the places that are not recognized at first glance as en domiciles, are, for example, Samoa, Niue, or Labuan. New on our screen is also Uruguay.

Bahrein and Dubai also belong here, as the governments in these countries have done a lot to attract money and business from all over the world. Investment in these countries was also made into IT infrastructure.
